This is a story of how far do you go for revenge.  When does it become more than what it is worth?

This is the story of Henley and Lincoln.  And what a sweet, steamy story it is.

I could empathize with Henley.  I appreciated her love for her best friend.  I admired her strength in moving forward. I was torn when she was struggling with her feelings for Lincoln and a promise made to her childhood friend.

Lincoln, woo wee, this boy! He was arrogance personified! He was swagger and smoothness all rolled into one.  I wasn’t a fan at first but reading more into the story and seeing his backstory changed my way of thinking.

The chemistry and dialogue between Henley and Lincoln was funny and swoony and oh so smexy!

I loved the flow of this story and how Ms. Aarons was able to bring the reader full circle with the relationship between Henley and Lincoln.

This is a quick read that I couldn’t put down until the very end!!

Wow, just wow!! What an amazing debut novel by author Evie Graham.

This heartfelt and heartbreaking story is the first in, what I am absolutely sure to be, a phenomenal series Lilac Harbor.

This is the story of Camden and Coraline. This is a story of a lifelong friendship and choices made.  This is a story of how decisions, made with the best intentions, have an impact that can be brutal. This is a story about the power of friendship and love.  This is a story reminded me of…“You Can’t Go Home Again”

I was so impressed by the depth of this story.  I am always wary of reading debut novels by new authors.  Some have the tendency to pander to the audience they are writing for.  Trying to shove too much into a story and causes it to be overwhelming.

Not so for this story, Ms. Graham gives the reader a story that flows beautifully, that has flashbacks that are needed.  This story is full of heart, heat, and hope. This is a beautiful story of redemption and forgiveness.

Thank you, Ms. Graham, for writing this story, thank you for creating the world of Lilac Harbor and I cannot wait to see what comes next for you! I see a bright future for you!

My Review…

I absolutely loved this whimsical, steamy romance! It kept me guessing until the very end! Was it magic and fantasy or was it the true magic of love?

This is the story Ginnie and Mr. Wish and what a wild ride it is.

Ginnie has been burned by a horrible relationship and she is just trying to piece her life back together doing what she loves.  While searching for glass she comes across a bottle that intrigues her.  I admired this character’s tenacity to find out the true man behind Mr. Wish and her giving nature that really was the catalyst to finding out who Mr. Wish is.

Mr. Wish, this hero was truly a magic man.  His story is going to rock your world and really make you believe in the power of the human spirit.  There are times you are going to hate him, but he is such a redeeming character.

Ms. Pamfiloff has a magic to her words that is just amazing.  I fell under the spell of this story hard and was sad to see it end.

Hot Jocks

Ooooh! Landon’s story is finally here!! I have been waiting, not so patiently, for his story and what a story it is!

Aubree and Landon get along like a house on fire!  Their chemistry is white-hot and when they find themselves in Vegas, well what happens in Vegas doesn’t necessarily stays in Vegas!

First off, I love the older woman, younger man dynamic! Love knows no boundaries! I admired how Landon made Aubree feel confident in the fact that she was older than him and why it didn’t matter.

I also loved Landon’s innocence, I liked that he was saving himself for just the right woman.

This was a story I could not put down till the end. There is a bit of angst that kept me turning pages until the happy end!

I can’t wait to read what comes next from this world and team that Ms. Ryan has created!

Princes of Hollywood

I am so loving this series by Ms. Holloway.  Each story has a different Prince brother meeting his “princess”.

This is a fun twist on “The Little Mermaid” set in Hollywood.

This is Derek and Ariel’s story and what an angsty, heartfelt story it is.

Derek Prince is part of the legendary family of Hollywood royalty.  He is a triple threat, he acts, sings and dances.  The world is his oyster and when he finds Ariel (a fabulous meet-cute by the way) he has found his pearl.

Ariel is trying hard to find her place in the Hollywood machine.  When an opportunity comes to work with some A-list actors, including Derek, she wants to jump at the opportunity, but at what cost to her?

I enjoy the writing style that Ms. Holloway has.  Her characters are bold and upfront. Our heroine is no shrinking violet and she is not clueless on what is going on in her world.  But she also has a vulnerability that is beautiful.

This world that Ms. Halloway has created in this series is fantastic!! I am looking forward to the next book in this series!

Sinners of Seattle

Oh my heart! This story moved me to tears and then to laughter and to heartwarming feels! You are going to run the gamut of emotions with this new story from Ms. Burgoa!

This is Tucker and Sage’s story.  But it is so much more!  It’s the definition of love and choosing your own family.  You don’t have to be related by blood to feel that connection, that belonging.

Tucker was the lead singer of the Sinners of Seattle.  His history is scarred with not feeling like enough. From being shuffled from family to family and never feeling like he truly belonged until he forged his own family with his bandmates.  He is the unofficial leader of the band and he takes his role and responsibilities to his bandmates seriously, too seriously.

Sage also comes from a rocky past and childhood.  She has run away from her horrible past and started fresh.  She is the glue that keeps her family together as best as she can.

This story flowed through the years, and it flowed beautifully.  There is heartache and pain but above all else, there is hope and love in this story! I loved the dialogue, the secondary characters, absolutely everything about this book! You will too!

This is going to be in the running for my “Best Books of 2020!”

The Reed Rivers Trilogy

Oh this story!! This story starts right where Bad Liar left off.  The continuing story of Reed and Georgina is angsty, mysterious and hella hot!

The steamy scenes between Reed and Georgina made me blush and swoon and clutch my proverbial pearls and grabbing my fan!  Absolutely amazing.

I love the tenacity of Georgina to dig deep into the background of Reed.  I like how she is able to get Reed to open up.  But some of the secrets she is keeping may just come back to bite her later!

The relationship between Reed and Georgina really starts to flourish and go deep.  The way that Georgina has opened up to Reed and show her vulnerability is beautiful to read.

Reed is still holding himself back and it’s killin me!! He is so set in his ways and he thinks his actions are for the greater good.  He has this internal righteousness that has fueled him for so long that he becomes almost blind to the consequences of his actions.

Oh the ending of this story is going to haunt you until the final story comes out!! I am so looking forward to the finale!

I have read everything that Ms. Rowe has written and this series is one of the best I have read from her!! Get your hands on this story and this series! It’s amazing!
