My Review...

Gahhh! Meghan Quinn can write not wrong! She again shows her writing talents with this new story of Huxley and Lottie!

I love the nod to one of my all-time favorite movies Pretty Woman in this story. It’s fantastical and whimsical and all the good things you love in a romance!

Lottie is at her rock bottom and will do just about anything to save face with her family. She is embarrassed and hurt by her circumstances and a not so meet-cute with Huxley changes her world.

Huxley is all business and no joy. He will do and say anything to close the deal. Even it could bite him in the behind. When his mouth runs away from him, his desperation makes him rely on Lottie. 

Their relationship is nothing but rocky but boy did the physical really ramp up the heat. The walls that they had both built around their hearts and souls seem insurmountable. I love how Lottie was able to reach inside and smooth Huxley’s rough edges and make him a more relatable person.

The humor in this book is absolutely divine! I was laughing out loud at the situations that this couple were put in and how they survived it!

Ms. Quinn is the queen of humor, heart and heat in her books and this is no exception. I fell in love hard with Lottie and Huxley and what a perfect ending to their story!
