This is the story of Rhodes and Rylee.
They are brought together by tragedy, and then the sparks fly.
Rylee is struggling to come to terms with the loss in her life and the upheaval of moving back home and away from the toxicity of her past. I admired her independence and her love for Gage.
Rhodes too is struggling with loss; he wants to keep the legacy going but doesn’t know how to navigate that. His love for Payton is what dreams are made of.
I loved the inclusiveness of the love that Rhodes and Rylee have. I fell hard for the romantic gestures of Rhodes, and oh, how I was clutching my proverbial pearls during the smexy times between them!
