This is the beautiful final story of the Compass Series and well worth the wait.
This is the story of Aiden and Hailee, of Tom and his Jerry.
Ms. Cherry has the phenomenal writing talent to bring her readers into her stories, to make the reader really become a part of the character’s world.
Hailee is someone I could really empathize with; her insecurities were something that really hit home with me. I loved how she and Aiden grew up together and were the best of friends. I was cheering them on as their relationship became more, and my heart wept when they were torn apart.
Aiden was a magician when it came to wearing masks, hiding what he was really feeling, and trying to mend his broken heart and bruised soul.
I swooned over the way Hailee and Aiden just knew they were born to be together and that time, distance, and poor choices wouldn’t keep them away from each other forever.
This whole series has been epically brilliant and will make you really think and feel and become one with her characters.
