The Bellamy Creek Series
This final story of this series is a bittersweet and beautiful ending to this story of four lifelong friends and the ladies who they fell for.
This is the story of Maddie and Beckett.
Oh how I fell for Beckett. The strong silent type, the one who put family and legacy above all. His story broke my heart a bit too, to not be able to fully articulate what he was feeling and what he wanted. Unknowingly, his past has formed the man he has become, the good and the burden.
Maddie is coming back to Bellamy Creek to seek closure. To finalize the selling of her childhood home. She is coming back home and seeing just how things have changed and how some things have stayed the same.
When Maddie and Beckett are in the same space, sparks fly and feelings run deep.
This story is about a love that is everlasting, even when it’s not expressed.
I enjoyed the history of Beckett and Maddie, it warmed my heart to read about their friendship, how it spanned the years and survived the miles that separated them.
It’s bittersweet to read this final book in the series, but it was a beautiful story weaved with family, heart and above all else unconditional love and acceptance.
