Green Valley Heros
I so love the Smartypants Romance world! They have introduced me to a fantastic group of authors! Ms. Cross is definitely one of them.
This story of Lola and Jedidiah, it is swoony, steamy and deliciously funny!
This is a story of high school nemesis between Coca Cola Lola and Jockstrap Jed. Teenagers with typical teenage hangups and insecurities. Lola leaves after high school for college and a big new job in a big new city.
Time passes and Lola finds herself back in Green Valley, to lick her wounds and reset her life. Her big city job wasn’t all it was cracked up to be.
When Lola and Jed see each other again, the sparks fly off the pages! The chemistry between these two is molten hot and I loved the dual POV’s! The inner dialogue of Jed is phenomenal and Lola’s internal struggle was magic on the page.
Jed is a total dreamboat and I loved the patience and the determination in him to keep what he wants.
Lola is fantastic, she is trying to find her way in the world and overcomes herself to do it properly!
This story makes me want to be a part of the Green Valley community even more!
