This is the second story in this series, but let me tell you, they can be read as standalone!
This is the story of Sloan and Declan.
I think Sloan has got to be one of my most favorite heroines! I so want to be her when I grow up. She is everything I wish I could have been at her age. Her past is heartbreaking, but it made her the phenomenal woman she is today! Her witty comebacks, loyalty and strength, and unflappable self-esteem and the way she can adapt and overcome any obstacle in her path were truly awe-inspiring!
Declan, oh you dirty, dirty Irishman! I absolutely fell for him and I loved the way he was so enthralled with Sloan!
There are twists and turns, the dialogue is fast, witty, smart, and at times so, so funny! I love the alpha heroes that Ms. Geissinger creates and the strong women that they fall for!
So well written and is definitely in the running for my “Best Reads of 2021”! Do yourself a favor and read this!
