BLURB –
The doctors called it a miracle.
I could still walk. I could still talk. I could still remember every little detail about the train crash.
Until I couldn’t.
Six weeks later, I lost my memory.
I woke up believing that it was the morning of the accident.
Six weeks after that, it happened again.
I have retrograde amnesia. I’ve damaged a part of my brain which allows me to recall the recent past. In other words, I have an extremely limited short-term memory – six weeks to be exact.
The train derailed eighteen months ago.
I’ve relived that morning twelve times.
When I meet Spencer Hale, I put up a huge fight.
I won’t let him in. I can’t let him in. But with each day that passes, my walls begin to come down.
I get one step closer to loving him.
And one step closer to losing him.
Welcome to the train wreck that is my life.

My Review…
Just when I think I cannot love Ms. Perrin’s stories anymore, she comes out with this story and I flove her even harder!
Six Weeks of Loving You is a beautiful story of love and loss and finding love again.
I couldn’t put this story down until I finished it. This is a fast-paced story, but I am going to warn you to read it ever so slowly. Ms. Perrin is subtle with the hints and glimpses of what this story is really about and the bit of mystery that keeps you intrigued.
The love of Cora’s friends and family is ever-present. The lengths and things that they do to make Cora’s world easier comes with some heartbreak and hope for the future, even when the future seems futile.
This story is going to make you laugh out loud, it’s going to make you cry some ugly tears and it’s going to give your heart some warm fuzzy hugs, it’s going to show you what real love can look like.
To have to go through what Cora does in this story is just unquestionably heartbreaking and sad. To see how her family and friends support her is what love is.
This story is definitely going to be in the running for my “Best Reads of 2019”. Please do yourself a favor and get this book. It will move you.
Such a great review!! I had to go straight to Goodreads and put this on my TBR!
