Everyone hates parts of their job.

Staci has been a lot of things up to this point in her life — a graphic designer, an entrepreneur, a seamstress, a clothing and handbag designer, a waitress. Can’t forget that. She’s also been a mom, with three little girls who are sure to grow up to break a number of hearts. She’s been a wife, though she’s certainly not the cleanest, or the best cook. She’s also super, duper fun at a party, especially if she’s been drinking whiskey. When she’s not writing, she’s reading, sleeping, gaming, or designing graphics.

My Review…

Ms. Hart brings the angst, the heat, the heart and the humor in this newest story!

It’s a fabulous new, fresh twist to the classic Jane Austen story.

This is the story of the youngest sibling in the Bennet family Lucas.  

Everyone thinks he is the wild child, living for adventure, never taking anything seriously and the complete opposite of the lovely Tess Monroe. But there is more to Luke than meets the eye, he is controlled chaos, he is the port in the storm for those who need it.

Tess has known Luke her whole life, but has she really known his true self? She is steady and lives for order and predicability.  She is nursing an old wound that Luke unknowingly gave her.

The chemistry between Luke and Tess is amazing, and when Luke decides he wants everything with Tess, he gives it his all. It’s not all sunshine and roses for Tess and Luke though, there are some thorns in that snag and cling to them that need to be pruned.  The angst in this story made me weep! This story gives you all the feels!

And the rest of the Bennet clan!! Oh I loved every one of them and I am hoping and keeping my fingers crossed that Ms. Hart will deem us mere readers worthy of more stories from this family!
