She’s my sister’s best friend.
She thinks I’ve never noticed her.
She couldn’t be more wrong.
Now I just needs to prove it to her…before she walks down the aisle.

Brooklyn Tanner and Andrew Brinks have a long history…one she wants nothing more than to forget. Considering he’s her best friend’s brother and single father to two amazing girls who mean the world to her, it’s almost impossible.

When the man she’s been dating proposes, she thinks it’s exactly what she needs to finally close this chapter of her life. After all, over sixteen years have passed since she gave Andrew Brinks her heart, only for him to destroy it. Why should that matter now?

But it matters to Drew.

When he learns of her engagement, he realizes he has a decision to make. Does he finally tell Brooklyn the truth of what happened all those years ago? Or does he watch her marry another man to protect her from enduring any more pain?

My Review…

Redemption Series Book 1

Ms. Leigh knows how to start a duet with a bang! Commitment is the story of Brooklyn, Drew and Wes.

How long to you hold on to the dream of someone? How long do you hope for the perfect love?  Brooklyn feels as though she has waited long enough.  Childhood disappointments and young adult dreams shattered. But Brooklyn still carries a torch for Drew.  I could feel her pain in the pages…it was gripping.  Then she finds Wes, and he loves her unconditionally, makes her a priority.  Or is he?  I love how Ms. Leigh gives hints that makes you second guess motives.

Drew! Gaaahhhh you’re killin me Smalls!! I could understand his motivation, I even understood the circumstances over the first time that he left. But holy hell man! Open your eyes!! How much does a girl have to do to make you see!! Not with your eyes with your heart! I wanted to smack him upside the head (damn is brain injury).

This story is going to move you! It’s gonna make you think, it’s gonna make you have ALL the feels! And the ending! Perfection, it’s going to make you feel like you are waiting on tenterhooks until fall!  Well done Ms. Leigh!  You haven’t wrote a story yet that I haven’t enjoyed!
