I love this girl gang. I am going to start with that. This group of women has a friendship that is a true goal.
This is the story of Audrey and Jude. A second-chance romance that you will have to savor and read slowly. I, in fact, caught myself having to go back and really soak in the story.
Audrey has broken free of the chains of both her family and her toxic marriage. She has surrounded herself with a core group of friends who have become her found family.
When a school reunion comes into play, she sees the love she lost, Jude.
Jude is back in Audrey’s world with a vengeance and with a need for help from Audrey.
This story is full of angst and missed opportunities; this is going to shred your heart in the best way.
I have been an avid fan of Ms. Canterbary from the start. Every time she comes up with a new story, it is well worth the wait. She is the queen of writing smart, witty, and hot as blue blazes stories that capture you.
