What a welcome back to Cherry Tree Harbor and the fabulous Buckley family!
This is Xander and Kelly’s story.
A hideaway and coming to grips with the pros and cons of fame is what this story is about.
This story is also about finding your true voice and not being afraid to sing your own wishes, praises, and desires.
Xander is a beast; he is a protector that every gal would love to have in her back pocket. He also knew when to stand back and let Kelly Jo shine.
Kelly Jo is wanting a break from her alter persona. She wants to be the master of her own fate and destiny.
The chemistry between Xander and Kelly Jo is white hot and I swooned hard for the vulnerabilities that each one showed in the relationship.
It was lovely “seeing” past characters make their appearances known and for others to show they are ready for their own stories!
Every time I think that Ms. Harlow can’t top her last story, she blows it out of the water with the next and newest! I tip my hat to you!
