Willow Winters is so happy to be a USA Today, Wall Street Journal and #1 Contemporary Bestselling Romance Author. She likes her action hot and her bad boys hotter. She certainly doesn’t hold back on either one in her writing!Willow started writing after having her little girl, Evie, December 2015. All during her pregnancy with Evie she continued to read and she only wanted to read romance. She was reading a book a day — sometimes two.

A bit of a thriller, a bit of a mystery and love story with heat. That’s what A Kiss to Tell by Willow Winters is for me.
This story of Sebastian and Chloe (love the name! Hee hee…) is riveting.
Chloe is a victim of her environment. She tries to preserve with the life she has. But deep down she longs for more, she longs for better, she longs for Sebastian.
Sebastian too is a victim of his environment. He thinks he doesn’t deserve more, doesn’t deserve better, doesn’t deserve Chloe. He’s been watching over her since they were children. He wants to be more, but doesn’t know how.
This story is a page turner. I loved where my mind went when I was reading. The nightmares, the paranoia. I was thinking one way and Willow flipped the script! I love the fact that it kept me guessing until the end.
This story is a stand alone, but there is a touch of her other books in this story. It was intriguing!
