Merciless, the story of Carter and Aria is dark, twisted and oh so good. Like a piece of devils food cake, rich and decadent.
There is such mystery in the story, right from the start and Ms. Winters lets you have just little nibbles of it, making you want more and more.
Aria is sheltered, but she doesn’t realize how much she was until she is given to Carter.
Carter blames her in his own twisted way of becoming the man that he is, but was she really? You need to read this story to find out.
The relationship that develops between Carter and Aria is mind bending and oh so steamy! You can feel the desperation in Aria and the patience in Carter.
Readers will get a surprise at the end that you won’t see coming and it will grab you and hold on until Ms. Winters is ready to let you go.
