Wow….I am still digesting this story….

Distorted Love is the story of Saskia (Barbie) and Ryken, and what a twisted story it is!

I really am a closet dark romance fan and this story checks all the right boxes!

Saskia is the quintessential hardscrabble girl. She has had a craptacular life but she has a quiet strength to her. She tries to be in a happier place, tries to find a “normal” love but she is always drawn to Ryken.

Oh Ryken, he tries so hard to rise above his legacy, he has the heart his father doesn’t. He is pulled in so many different directions and he tries to make the right choices, even when they hurt the ones he loves most.

I liked the style and speed of the story, the “confessionals” really made me think! I liked the bit of mystery. And finally, what a helluva cliffhanger, absolutely loved it! I cannot wait to get my hands on the conclusion!!

This is the first story I have read by this author, but it won’t be my last! Well done!
