This is the first book I have read by Brittany Crowley and wow, she has a new fan!
Reckless is the story of Kyle “Reckless” Cage and Sophie Frankel. This is the perfect story of a second chance romance.
When I started reading, ooooo did I not like Kyle, he was an egotistical MMA fighter who had a bit of a Jesus complex. (You know, walk on water, do no wrong.) And so much of a playboy. I like how Brittany wrote the first part of the book, it’s almost like she wants you to hate him in the beginning, just so you can fall in love harder with him at the end.
Sophie was dealt a crap hand at first, but she gets through it with grace and dignity and so much inner strength. I couldn’t fault her choices and I was cheering her on.
As the story continues, you see the side of Kyle that Sophie has always loved and in turn you fall in love with him too!
Brittany writes a beautiful second chance romance and I hope to read more from her soon! Thank you for your words and letting us into your world of characters!
