My Review!
This book goes down like a smooth shot of whiskey….(This is my first book by Kaylee Ryan, but she has just added another fan to her roster!) Hey, Whiskey is the story of Rhett (Whiskey) and Saylor (Short Stack). Kaylee’s writing the alternating POV’s was amazing. I fell hard for Rhett’s inner dialogue with himself and his feeling for Saylor was the perfect combo of alpha and sweet. The self-doubt of Saylor and her backstory really hit me in the heart strings. The secondary characters were fun and very interactive. This story is a fast paced, sweet, naughty and has a beautiful ending. It’s all you could ask for in a contemporary romance! Well done Kaylee, you have made a new fan and I cannot wait to read more!
